Christmas is not simply a time for joyful songs, bright lights, family gatherings, and gift exchanges. Christmas has a purpose. It’s at Christmastime that we celebrate God becoming flesh and dwelling among His creation. Because of Christmas, God wants us to remember that He is real, and He wants to have a relationship with us. And that’s good news.
