Membership Membership

Want to be a part of something bigger?

We believe church membership is ownership. It is making a commitment to the church and your spiritual family. Being a member means being part of a body of believers. “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ” (1 Corinthians 12:12 NIV).

Why should I become a member?

It's Biblical

We should be committed to the church as Christ is committed to the church. “…Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her” (Ephesians 5:25 NIV).

It's Practical

Membership lets you know who you can depend upon. As a body of believers, we are to lift each other up.

It's Countercultural

We live in a society where people resist being committed to anything – a job, a relationship, family. Becoming a member is an unselfish decision.

It's Healthy

Taking responsibility within the church produces spiritual growth.
