Ryan Wright

Senior Pastor

Pastor Ryan is a graduate of Liberty Theological Seminary and an ordained minister of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He and his family moved to Bedford Township in 2002. Before entering ministry, he taught high school math for ten years. Pastor Ryan has served Bedford Alliance Church in several leadership roles, including Student Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Lead Pastor. He now serves as Senior Pastor, providing spiritual and organizational leadership, overseeing the church staff, and guiding BAC’s vision and direction. His background as an educator continues to shape his clear, practical teaching on Sunday mornings and during BAC90. Pastor Ryan and his wife, Stephanie, have two children, Brayden and Mikenna.

Mike Mundy

Associate Pastor

Mike joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2013 and is an ordained minister of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He oversees everything related to worship and production—music, technology, visual arts—and helps create meaningful worship experiences each week. He also manages the church’s technology and database system, Rock RMS, builds tools to support ministry, and helps train and develop leaders across the church. In addition to his work at Bedford Alliance, Mike serves on the District Executive Committee (DEXCOM) for the Great Lakes District of the C&MA. Outside of ministry, Mike loves going camping with his family each summer and enjoys watching sports, especially the Detroit Tigers. Mike and his wife Michelle have three kids: Hailey, Noah, and Emma.

Lindsay Roberts

Executive Director

Lindsay joined the Bedford Alliance Church staff in January of 2010. She graduated from Siena Heights University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. As Executive Director, Lindsay oversees our ministries, utilizing her attention to detail and passion for excellence to ensure our ministries align with our overarching vision. Lindsay collaborates with our ministry leaders, offering them support, enhancing quality, and steering efforts towards achieving our goals. The role of the Executive Director is to empower our ministries to thrive. Lindsay and her husband Mike have three dogs and enjoy golfing, fishing, bowling, and spending time with family.

Rebecca Hilleary

Business Director

Rebecca joined the Bedford Alliance team as Business Director in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Toledo. Rebecca is responsible for executing the financial, legal, and HR aspects of the church. From ensuring bills are paid to budget forecasting to preparing financial statements to reconciling accounts, Rebecca maintains the seamless functioning of our fiscal operations. She writes internal policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of financial integrity for our staff. Rebecca is responsible for onboarding new employees and navigating HR matters. She ensures the church is legally compliant in all our activities and endeavors, and she also oversees our Security Team. Rebecca and her husband Lucas have three adult children: Sebastian, Isaac, and Meagan.

Luke Cousino

Preaching & Discipleship Pastor

Luke joined the Bedford Alliance team in 2018. He currently serves as the Preaching and Discipleship Pastor. Luke is responsible for intentional disciple-making at Bedford Alliance. He has created a video curriculum called Equip, which provides our congregation with a solid biblical foundation and empowers individuals to discover and embrace their God-given callings. Beyond adult spiritual growth, Luke also frequently preaches on Sunday mornings. Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo in 2014 and completed a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Phoenix Seminary. Luke and his wife, Alison, have three kids: John, Theo, and Caroline.

Stephanie Wright

Communications Director

Stephanie is the wife of Pastor Ryan and has helped serve in the church since they moved to the area in 2002. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and attended Liberty Theological Seminary, earning credits toward a master’s degree in religion. Stephanie has previously been both the Worship Director and Kids Director and now serves as the Communications Director. She oversees all digital and printed media and communication. Stephanie and Pastor Ryan have two kids, Brayden and Mikenna.

Andrea Worley

Adult Ministry Director

Andrea joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2018 as a part-time Kids Assistant and transitioned to full-time kids Director in 2021. After several years as our Kid's Director, Andrea transitioned to the Adult Ministry Director role. In this role, Andrea plans and coordinates various events, including churchwide events, men's events, and women's events. She also oversees our Small Groups, creating an environment where individuals can connect, grow, and deepen their faith in a supportive community. Andrea also manages our assimilation system, helping new members integrate seamlessly into our church family. Additionally, she oversees our support groups, providing a vital network of care and encouragement for those in need. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Bob Jones University. Andrea and her husband, Matt, have one daughter, Kaylen.

Brayden Wright

Student Pastor

Brayden joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2022 as a part-time Ministry Assistant and transitioned to full-time Student Pastor in January 2025. He currently leads BAC Students for grades 6–12. Brayden is passionate about helping students develop a closer relationship with Jesus, build a strong foundation in God’s Word, and learn to live out their faith in everyday life. Having grown up at BAC as the son of Pastor Ryan and Stephanie Wright, he is grateful for the opportunity to serve the church that has played such an important role in his own faith journey. Brayden holds a bachelor’s degree in Apologetics and Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife, Hannah, enjoy building relationships with students and families throughout the BAC community.

Jennifer Bolbach

Kid's Director

Jennifer and her family began attending Bedford Alliance in 2011, and she has been serving in BAC Kids ever since! She began as a volunteer in 2011 and came on staff part-time in 2020. In 2024, Jennifer transitioned to being the full-time Kid's Director. Her role impacts the spiritual journey of the youngest members of Bedford Alliance. She ensures that BAC Kids completes its mission to instill a strong foundation of faith in kids from birth through 5th grade. She is responsible for training and organizing volunteers, curating a curriculum that aligns with our values, and planning and preparing for each Sunday’s service. Beyond Sunday mornings, Jennifer fosters a sense of community among families by organizing family events throughout the year and other outreach events, such as our annual Day Camp. She provides a purposeful space and thoughtful service for our kids to flourish spiritually. Jennifer and her husband Jason have four kids: Hannah, Lydia, Sophia, and Caleb.

Daniel Wehner

Production Director

Daniel joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2015. As our Productions Director, Daniel orchestrates technological precision that ensures each worship service is executed with excellence. His expertise means Daniel oversees a variety of technological aspects of our services, such as lighting, sound, and camera operation. He is also responsible for filming and editing our video announcements and testimonies, enriching our worship services with compelling narratives. Beyond Sunday morning worship, Daniel oversees our IT to provide seamless functioning of our technological infrastructure. Daniel graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in 2019, and he and his wife Alexa married in 2020.

Joy Mundy

Ministry Assistant & Office Manager

Joy joined the staff full-time in 2021. She currently serves as our Ministry Assistant and Office Manager. As the Ministry Assistant, Joy helps various ministries with administrative tasks. She assists our worship ministry by scheduling and coordinating with the worship team, uploading chord charts, and singing on the worship team. She assists with communications and supports other ministries as needed. Joy also works behind the scenes to maintain our church database, Rock RMS. She ensures data is updated and organized, and updates our website and phone app content. As the Office Manager, Joy also ensures our office runs smoothly through stocking supplies, answering phones, receiving deliveries, and more. Joy has a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Liberty University, and married her husband Nathan in 2024.

Jen Ridner

Care & Connections Director

Jen has been part of the Bedford Alliance team since the fall of 2010. Her first role on staff was Kids’ Director. In 2013, she transitioned into a new role as the Graphic Designer, and in 2026, Jen became our Care & Connections Director. Jen oversees our Care Team, which provides people in our congregation and community with physical and spiritual support in times of need. She also oversees our hospitality teams, including greeters, Coffee House volunteers, Next Steps hosts, and more. As Care & Connections Director, Jen helps first-time guests who walk through our doors feel welcome. Then she helps people move from first-time guests to becoming known, connected, and cared for. Jen and her husband Todd have two adult children: Sean and Kaitlyn.

Maylin Majewski

Kid's Assistant

Maylin became part of the Bedford Alliance team in 2021 as a part-time Kid's Assistant. She is responsible for setting up and tearing down the kids’ classrooms each week and serves as Jennifer’s assistant on Sunday mornings. She's a graduate of the University of Toledo with a teaching degree in middle childhood education.
