The Seven | Part 6

The church of Thyatira is commended for their love, faith, service, and perseverance. However, they are also confronted for tolerating teachings that led people into sin and spiritual compromise. We often treat grace and truth like opposite ends of a spectrum, leaning toward one while sacrificing the other. But Jesus shows us that true grace doesn’t ignore sin, and real love isn’t silent when people are being led toward destruction. Through the lens of Thyatira, we can learn how to live with both conviction and compassion, standing firm in the truth while extending the life-changing grace of Jesus to a world in desperate need of both.
