God has called us as His followers to be servant leaders in our homes, workplaces, and schools. Christ’s model of leadership is different from the world’s model. The world says leaders climb to the top of the pyramid and those at the bottom serve the leader. Jesus turned the pyramid upside down and instead of being served, Jesus served others. How many people are you serving?
