Identity

Identity

Who am I?

How we answer that question is important because we become who we think we are. We chase what we think we deserve and we pursue what we believe is our destiny.

The struggle becomes especially difficult for people who feel a core aspect of their identity – such as gender, sexuality, race, or family – isn’t being expressed.

That’s why finding your identity in Christ is so important: You are who God says you are, not who you think you are.

God made us for relationship with Him. Throughout the Bible, we can see how God made us, pursued us, and gave us purpose. This should change how we see ourselves and how we live our lives.

If you’re struggling with questions about your identity, connect with us to learn more about who God says you are.
