Dating

Dating is hard. Because of shifts in our culture and increased technology, the dating world has changed. The new ways people meet each other – online, phone apps, social media – can make dating intimidating. There can be pressure from society, friends, or family members to find someone when you’re still single. Sometimes it feels like everyone is a couple except you.

But the only way to ensure dating is worthwhile is to do it with pure motives: obedience to Jesus and a desire to meet your spouse. Instead of focusing on finding the right person, try being the right person. Be what you’re looking for in someone else.

Dating doesn’t have to leave you feeling insecure, stressed out, or unworthy.
