When it comes to making important decisions, we need truth, knowledge, and the courage to move forward. The most important and riskiest decision we can make is deciding to follow Jesus. To live in full surrender to Jesus Christ requires us to forsake all that we have. Jesus teaches values that are opposite of the world: the way to gain is to give and the way to live is to die. To receive the treasure God promises to those who love Him, we need to step through the doorway of surrender and total commitment. We have God’s truth. We have the knowledge. But do we have the courage to give it all over to Him?
