In the Bible, the book of James talks a lot about faith versus works. We are saved through faith alone, yet James tells us our faith should produce good works. If our faith becomes only about works, we get legalism. If we ignore obedience, we get cheap grace. So what’s the difference between saying we have faith and displaying genuine faith?
