BAC Kids Day Camp is the best day of the summer! Elementary aged kids who’ve just completed grades K-5 for the 2024/25 school year are invited to Day Camp!

Day Camp will be filled with big toys—both with water and without—games, foam pit, crafts, music, and a special presentation from Clayton Poland!

Clayton is an author and speaker who’s been in ministry for 25 years. His Day Camp presentation is called “Press Start.” Press Start is a game show style experience where cutting-edge technology meets live-action thrills. Kids will compete in a series of on-stage and in-seat challenges, battling for points and glory. Press Start entertains everyone while seamlessly weaving in the gospel message to make it both impactful and memorable!

The cost for Day Camp is $5 per child, and lunch will be provided. The event begins at 9:30 am with check-in starting at 9 am. We’ll be outside for most of the day, so bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, and a friend and join us for Day Camp 2025!

FAQ's

Day Camp is for elementary kids who’ve just completed grades K-5 for the 2024/2025 school year.
No, we would ask that kids who’ve not yet completed kindergarten wait another year to sign up. We’ve allowed younger kids who are entering kindergarten to sign up in the past and found that the games and big toys were too much for the little ones.
The kids will receive hot dogs, a bag of chips, and watermelon for lunch. Later in the day, we’ll also have snow cones! If your child has food allergies, let us know on the registration form that you will pack them their own lunch.
If your child needs to take medication during the day or carries an EpiPen, please indicate so on the registration form. Then on the day of the event, you can turn in their medication and instructions during check-in. The medication and administration instructions will be kept at the first aid station and will be distributed by a medical professional. Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen will be available at the first aid area and will be given if we have your permission and feel it is necessary for your child to have. If your child needs an EpiPen, please have that in a bag with your child’s name on it and turn in during the morning check-in. All medications can be picked up at the end of the day.
Day Camp will continue, rain or shine!
When you check-in your child for Day Camp, you will receive a pickup tag. Your child will only be released to someone who has that matching pickup tag. If the person dropping off is different from the one picking up, please make sure the person picking up has the matching tag. We will accept a picture on a phone of the tag.
Yes, you can register in-person on the day of the event. To register in person, a parent or guardian will need to drop off the child to sign permission forms. Please also bring $5 cash for the event as we cannot make change and will not accept checks.
Check-in will begin at 9 am in the foyer. You can enter the building on the north side through the main doors. Look for signs posted at the door for where to enter. All participants will need to be checked in by you or a designated adult. We will also confirm who will be picking up your child and any medical concerns that we need to be aware of.
Pick up time starts at 3 pm. If you need to pick up your child early, please make arrangements with our Kids Director Jennifer Bolbach: jennifer.bolbach@bedfordalliance.church
We recommend your child: wears a swimsuit; wears shorts/t-shirt over the swimsuit (we will be tie-dyeing t-shirts, so wear clothes you’re not worried about damaging); brings a towel; brings and wears sunscreen; brings a water bottle (we will have water available all day); brings medications/EpiPen; brings packed lunch if your child has food allergies; leave toys and electronics at home.
The adult volunteers helping us at Day Camp are people who attend Bedford Alliance Church and have been screened and passed a background check.
