Easter Easter

Easter at Bedford Alliance

Easter is the time of year when stores are stocked with pastel colors, chocolate eggs, baskets full of candy, and images of the Easter bunny. It’s easy for Easter to feel like just another holiday. But what if Easter meant more?

Jesus Christ was fully God and fully man, and after living a perfect and sinless life, He willingly died on the cross to pay for our sin debt. We remember and honor His death on Good Friday. But the best part about Easter is that Jesus didn’t stay in the tomb. Three days later, He rose from the grave, defeating sin, shame, and death once and for all! Because of His death and resurrection, we can experience forgiveness, new life, and a restored relationship with God.

Easter isn’t about going to church for tradition. It’s about life transformation. It’s about finding grace for our failures, purpose for our lives, and hope, no matter our circumstances. Maybe you’ve been to church before. Maybe it’s been a long time. Maybe you have doubts, questions, or hesitations. That’s okay. Easter is an invitation, not to have everything figured out, but to come and see. This Easter, we invite you to come and experience God’s transformative power for yourself. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
