We live in a world filled with anxiety about the future, our families, our health, and the unknown. On the first Christmas night, those same fears filled the darkness when angels appeared to shepherds in a quiet field. But God’s message then is still His message now: fear does not get the final word. This Christmas Eve, we’ll slow down and rediscover the wonder of a God who stepped into our fear as a baby in a manger, bringing peace that the world cannot give.
