Join us as we celebrate Pastor Bob and Marcia and 29 years of faithful ministry at Bedford Alliance Church! This casual, drop-in reception will be held in the Coffee House on Sunday, October 4, from 5–6:30 pm.

Stop by anytime during the evening to visit with Pastor Bob and Marcia, enjoy desserts, punch, and coffee, and help us celebrate the many ways their ministry has impacted our church family over the past 29 years.

We’ll also have a special place to collect cards and notes of appreciation. We encourage you to bring a card, share a favorite memory, or simply offer a few words of thanks as we honor Pastor Bob and Marcia and this remarkable milestone in the life of Bedford Alliance.

FAQ's

Not at all! The evening is designed as a drop-in celebration. Come when you can and stay as long as you’d like between 5 and 6:30 pm.
Since it's a drop-in reception, no childcare will be provided.
Cards and personal notes are welcome and encouraged. A collection box will be available at the evening reception for anyone who would like to share a note of thanks, a favorite memory, or words of encouragement with Pastor Bob and Marcia.
No RSVP is necessary. Simply stop by anytime between 5 and 6:30 PM.
You’ll still have the opportunity to celebrate Pastor Hinz and Marcia during our Sunday morning services. Cards and notes may be dropped off at the church prior to October 4. Just place them in one of the giving boxes, and we will make sure Pastor Bob and Marcia receive them.
Sunday morning will be our formal celebration of Pastor Bob’s 30 years of ministry at Bedford Alliance. District Superintendent Brian Scott will join us, Pastor Bob will share a farewell, and we’ll share a special video tribute honoring both he and Marcia for their years of ministry.
