Register for Co-Ed Golf Scramble

Registration Closes September 2, 2026 @ 11:59 PM

Grab your clubs and join Bedford Alliance for a Co-Ed Golf Scramble at Giant Oak Golf Club! Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just play for fun, this event is a great opportunity to build relationships with others from BAC.

We’ll tee off at 9 am with a modified shotgun start. Teams of four will play in a scramble format, using their team’s best ball. You can register as a full team of four for $220, as a pair for $130, or individually for $75. Individuals and pairs will be matched with other golfers.

Your registration includes lunch at the turn (hole 9 or 18), which will be a hot dog, chips or candy bar, and soft drink. You’ll also receive a meal in the clubhouse after all scorecards are turned in. The meal includes a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, and soft drinks.

Around 4 pm, prizes will be awarded for categories such as longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt. The entire event will wrap up around 4:30 pm. This event is open to men and women ages 16 and up. You must bring your own clubs, follow proper golf etiquette, and wear proper golf attire.

Register by Wednesday, September 2, and we’ll see you on the course!

FAQ's

No, you don’t have to attend our church to register for this event.
Our Co-Ed Golf Scramble is for men and women ages 16 and up.
A scramble is golf played in a team format. Everyone on a team of four hits a tee shot. The team will then choose the best ball of the four. Everyone from the team will move their ball to the best shot and hit again. This makes golf more fun and less intimidating for newer players and increases the pace of play.
A shotgun start means every team will be assigned to a different hole on the course. When the signal to begin is given, everyone will start at the same time.
Yes, each team of four will have two carts.
Yes! At the turn, which means either hole 9 or hole 18, players will receive a lunch of a hot dog, chips or candy bar, and a soft drink. After golf, players will also receive a dinner in the clubhouse, including a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, and soft drinks.
If you register as an individual or pair, there is a field where you can request who you’d like to be partnered with. We will try to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment. If you’d like a guarantee of who’s on your team, we recommend you register as a full team of four.
We decided to partner with local businesses and use this event to help raise money for our BAC Recovery Mission Fund. BAC Recovery is a ministry of Bedford Alliance Church that empowers individuals to break free from strongholds and surrender to God’s grace.
