Students in grades 4 and 5 are invited to experience the Ark Encounter – a life-size Noah’s ark – and a waterpark adventure!

On Thursday, July 20, we’ll leave the church in a motorcoach and head to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. The Ark Encounter is a full-sized replica of Noah’s Ark built according to dimensions in the Bible. There, the students will get to tour the Ark, experience the Truth Traveler’s A Flood of Reality immersive 4K virtual reality, and visit the Ararat Ridge Zoo! Please be aware of the Truth Traveler’s VR advisory, which you can read here.

After the Ark Encounter, we’ll head to Woodland Lake Christian Camp in Amelia, OH. The students will stay in a large cabin split into boys' and girls' rooms with separate full bathrooms. Students will eat dinner, sit around a campfire, make s’mores, and rest for the night.

The next morning, we’ll go to Aqua Adventures Waterpark in Middletown, OH. At Aqua Adventures, the students can climb, jump, and splash on the Wibit Adventure Zone inflatable obstacle course. Students can also paddleboard for an extra cost ($7/half hour, $10/hour). After spending the day at the waterpark, we’ll head back to the church, arriving around 9 pm.

The cost for this trip is $100/student, which also includes all meals. Please note that this trip is for current 4th and 5th grade students (2022/23 school year). Register for this special event by June 20!
