Bob

Bob Hinz

Lead Pastor

Pastor Bob is a graduate from Toccoa Falls Bible College and has served as Lead Pastor of Bedford Alliance since 1998. Pastor Bob is an ordained minister of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. As Lead Pastor alongside Pastor Ryan, Pastor Bob shapes the overall vision and direction of the church according to God’s leading. The Lead Pastors hold the responsibility of organizational leadership, staff oversight, and nurturing spiritual growth among our congregation. Pastor Bob preaches biblical truth from the pulpit, but his leadership extends beyond Sunday morning. He is dedicated to the cultivation and empowering of emerging leaders. Pastor Bob represents unwavering dedication and stewardship in setting our church’s spiritual course, embodying the values and principles that define Bedford Alliance Church. Pastor Bob and his wife Marcia have two adult daughters, Stephanie and Emily, and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.

Ryan

Ryan Wright

Lead Pastor

Pastor Ryan is a graduate of Liberty Theological Seminary and is an ordained minister of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He and his family moved to Bedford Township in 2002. Prior to serving as a minister, Pastor Ryan taught high school math for ten years. He has also served at Bedford Alliance as the Student Pastor and then the Executive Pastor. Now as Lead Pastor alongside Pastor Bob, Pastor Ryan shapes the overall vision and direction of the church according to God’s leading. The Lead Pastors hold the responsibility of organizational leadership, staff oversight, and nurturing spiritual growth among our congregation. Pastor Ryan brings his teaching skills to the pulpit on Sunday mornings as well as to our BAC 90 classes. Pastor Ryan represents unwavering dedication and stewardship in setting our church’s spiritual course, embodying the values and principles that define Bedford Alliance Church. Pastor Ryan and his wife Stephanie have two kids, Brayden and Mikenna.

Mike

Mike Mundy

Executive Pastor

Mike joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2013 and is an ordained minister of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. As Executive Pastor, Mike manages our church’s operational and administrative aspects. He supervises our staff members and ensures alignment with our mission and vision. Mike oversees strategic planning, human resources, and financial stewardship ensuring that every operational function mirrors our overarching purpose. Mike previously served as our Worship Pastor, and although his role has changed, Mike is still influential in creating dynamic worship for everyone in attendance. You may recognize him on stage during Sunday morning worship! Mike and his wife Michelle have three kids, Hailey, Noah, and Emma.

Stephanie

Stephanie Wright

Ministry Director

Stephanie is the wife of Pastor Ryan and has helped serve in the church since they moved to the area in 2002. She earned her undergrad in Business Management at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and attended Liberty Theological Seminary, earning credits toward a master’s degree in religion. Stephanie has previously been both the Worship Director and Kids Director and now works alongside Lindsay Roberts as Ministry Director. With extreme creativity and ingenuity, Stephanie is often the catalyst behind new ideas. Stephanie and Lindsay collaborate with our ministry leaders offering them support, enhancing quality, and steering efforts towards achieving our goals. The role of the Ministry Director is to empower our ministries to thrive! Aside from being Ministry Director, Stephanie is responsible for our community impacts and assimilation. Stephanie and Pastor Ryan have two kids, Brayden and Mikenna.

Lindsay

Lindsay Roberts

Ministry Director

Lindsay joined the Bedford Alliance Church staff in February 2010. She graduated from Siena Heights University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Lindsay has previously worked as an Executive Assistant for Pastor Ryan, helping with several different ministries. She has also previously worked as our Business Manager. Now as a Ministry Director alongside Stephanie Wright, Lindsay uses her eye for detail and passion for excellence to ensure our ministries align with our overarching vision. Lindsay and Stephanie collaborate with our ministry leaders offering them support, enhancing quality, and steering efforts towards achieving our goals. The role of the Ministry Director is to empower our ministries to thrive! Aside from being Ministry Director, Lindsay is responsible for print and digital communications, such as the weekly handout, website content, social media, church online, and video announcements. Lindsay and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their dogs.

Luke

Luke Cousino

Discipleship Pastor

Luke joined the Bedford Alliance team in 2018 as our Discipleship Pastor. Luke is responsible for adult spiritual growth at Bedford Alliance. As Discipleship Pastor, Luke provides opportunities for personal development through groups, classes, and events. He has created a discipleship pathway and purposeful content that fuels spiritual growth among our congregation. His leadership empowers individuals to discover and embrace their God-given callings, inspiring them to live their everyday lives with meaning and purpose. Luke’s goal is to develop an adult ministry system where community and spiritual growth intersect. Beyond adult spiritual growth, Luke is also a dependable presence on Sunday mornings, lending his voice to fill the pulpit and give announcements, enriching our worship experience. Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo in 2014 and completed a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Phoenix Seminary. Luke and his wife Alison have two boys, John and Theo.

Andrea

Andrea Worley

Kid's Director

Andrea joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2018 as a part-time Kids Assistant to Stephanie Wright. In 2021, she transitioned to being the full-time Kids Director. Andrea’s role impacts the spiritual journey of the youngest members of Bedford Alliance. She ensures that BAC Kids completes its mission to instill a strong foundation of faith in kids from birth through 5th grade. Andrea puts together enriching environments where kids can embark on a journey of spiritual growth. She is responsible for training and organizing volunteers, curating a curriculum that aligns with our values, and planning and preparing for each Sunday’s service. Beyond Sunday mornings, Andrea fosters a sense of community among families by organizing family events throughout the year and other outreach events, such as our annual Day Camp. She provides a purposeful space and thoughtful service for our kids to flourish spiritually. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Bob Jones University. Andrea and her husband Matt have one daughter, Kaylen.

Joy

Joy Revels

Worship Director

Joy attended Bedford Alliance and volunteered on our worship team for several years before joining the staff as the full-time Worship Director in 2021. As the Worship Director, Joy curates and executes Sunday morning services that invite God’s divine presence to permeate our worship, creating an atmosphere where hearts are moved, and spirits are lifted. Joy leads the congregation in worship, channeling her gifts through song. Aside from being on stage Sunday mornings, Joy collaborates with the worship team throughout the week, ensuring volunteers are scheduled, selecting songs, and collaborating with that week’s preaching pastor to create a harmonious and vibrant worship experience week after week. Joy also works behind-the-scenes to maintain our church database, Rock RMS. She ensures data is updated and organized and updates our website and phone app content. Joy has a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Liberty University.

Rebecca

Rebecca Hilleary

Business Manager

Rebecca joined the Bedford Alliance team as Business Manager in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Toledo. Rebecca is responsible for executing the financial, legal, and HR aspects of the church. From ensuring bills are paid to budget forecasting to preparing financial statements to reconciling accounts, Rebecca maintains the seamless functioning of our fiscal operations. She writes internal policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of financial integrity for our staff. Rebecca is responsible for onboarding new employees and navigating HR matters. She ensures the church is legally compliant in all our activities and endeavors, and she also oversees our Security Team. Rebecca and her husband Lucas have three kids, Sebastian, Isaac, and Meagan.

Daniel

Daniel Wehner

Production Director

Daniel joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2015. As our Productions Director, Daniel orchestrates technological precision that ensures each worship service is executed with excellence. His expertise means Daniel oversees a variety of technological aspects of our services, such as lighting, sound, and camera operation. He is also responsible for filming and editing our video announcements and testimonies, enriching our worship services with compelling narratives. Beyond Sunday morning worship, Daniel oversees our IT to provide seamless functioning of our technological infrastructure. Daniel graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in 2019, and he and his wife Alexa married in 2020.

Marcia

Marcia Hinz

Office Manager

The wife of Lead Pastor Bob Hinz, Marcia Hinz joined the Bedford Alliance staff with him in October 1998. Marcia is currently our Office Manager, responsible for overseeing all office activities. From answering the phone to ordering supplies to maintaining the calendar, Marcia ensures our office operations run smoothly. She also oversees our facilities, making sure our building and grounds are meticulously maintained. Marcia helps manage our Care Team, and one of her most important responsibilities includes helping her husband with sermon research and preparation. Pastor Bob and Marcia have two adult daughters, Stephanie and Emily, and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.

Jen

Jen Ridner

Graphic Designer

Jen has been part of the Bedford Alliance team since the fall of 2010. Her first role on staff was as the Kid’s Director, and in 2013, she transitioned into a new role at Bedford Alliance as the Graphic Designer. Jen has many years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, being subcontracted by several large companies. Now as our Graphic Designer, Jen brings creativity to life through our digital and print graphics. Jen creates impactful images that elevate our message. She’s also responsible for the creation, layout, and printing of physical communications, such as our literature racks, Next Steps, and weekly handout. With a passion for creativity and excellence, Jen is the designer behind our visual narrative. Jen and her husband Todd have two kids, Sean and Kaitlyn.

Maylin

Maylin Majewski

Kid's Assistant

Maylin became part of the Bedford Alliance team in 2021 as a part-time Kid's Assistant. She is responsible for the set-up and tear-down of kids’ classrooms each week and serves as Andrea’s assistant on Sunday mornings. She is currently enrolled in the University of Toledo majoring in middle childhood education.

Brayden

Brayden Wright

Ministry Assistant

Brayden joined the Bedford Alliance staff in 2022 as a part-time Ministry Assistant. He assists the Ministry Directors and ministry leaders with whatever is needed. Brayden fills the gaps in any ministry that needs assistance, helping Brayden learn the ins and outs of ministry. Brayden is currently pursuing a call into ministry, and he is enrolled at Liberty University studying theology. As the son of Pastor Ryan and Stephanie Wright, Brayden has grown up at BAC and is excited to serve in his life-long church.
